The idea of creating Foivos started ten years ago
and it is about the result of the common action
of the touristic marketing people. The name of Apollo
( Phoebus ), more easily called nowadays Foivos,
symbolizes the “ harmonious ” coexistence
of knowledge, beauty and quality.
Foivos Domaine borrowed on purpose the lyre and
its name after Apollo ( Phoebus ), the adolescent
god of music and light.
The people of the manor, inspired by the allying
and “ harmonious ” light of Kefalonia,
had the aspiration to keep Foivos Domaine's wines
valuable as the delight of everyday life and time-
honoured wines in the same time ”.
